In der App (sofort)

1. Öffne die App und tippe unten auf Me.
2. Tippe auf dein Konto (Progress saved).
3. Tippe auf Delete account und bestätige.

Ohne App (per E-Mail)

Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an sandbox.ahmedashour@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

• dein Konto (E-Mail-Adresse und Konto-ID)
• die in der Cloud gespeicherte Kopie deines Lernfortschritts

Was bleibt

• Kaufbelege für Abos (bei Apple, Google und unserem Zahlungsdienst RevenueCat), solange das Gesetz es verlangt (in der Regel 10 Jahre, Steuerrecht). Ein laufendes Abo kündigst du in den Abo-Einstellungen von App Store bzw. Google Play.
• Der Fortschritt auf deinem Handy bleibt, bis du die App löschst.

English

In the app (instant): open the app → Me → your account (Progress saved) → Delete account → confirm.

Without the app: email sandbox.ahmedashour@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: your account (email address and account ID) and the cloud copy of your learning progress.

Kept: purchase records for subscriptions (at Apple, Google and our payment service RevenueCat) for as long as the law requires (usually 10 years for tax). Cancel a running subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Progress stored on your phone stays until you delete the app.
